Reporting a bug
Bug reports are genuinely useful to us, and the more specific the better. If you can, include:
- Your device and iOS version — Settings, then General, then About
- The game and its version number
- What you were doing when it happened
- Whether it happens every time or just occasionally
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you managed to catch one
Our games don't send us crash reports — we don't collect any data — so if something goes wrong, we only find out because you tell us.
Lost progress
Progress is stored locally on your device, which means it's private but also fragile: deleting the app removes it, and it doesn't follow you to a new phone. If your progress disappeared, write to us with what happened. We can't recover it remotely, but we do want to know if something is deleting saves that shouldn't be.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. We never see your payment details and have no ability to issue a refund ourselves. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the purchase, and request a refund there.
If a refund was refused and you believe the game genuinely didn't work as described, tell us — we can't reverse Apple's decision, but we'd like to know about the problem.
Accessibility
Afterglow is built out of light and movement, and we know that doesn't work for everyone. Motion sensitivity, contrast, timing, one-handed play — if something about a game is getting in your way, please tell us specifically what it is. We're a small studio and accessibility work happens because someone asks for it, so asking genuinely changes what we build next.
Press and creators
For review copies, press kits, capture footage, or interviews, email info@identopic.com. You don't need permission to stream or record our games, or to monetize that video.
Privacy
We don't collect personal data. The full explanation is on our privacy policy page.
